If you are not completely satisfied with the service you received, you may request a refund.
To request a refund you must complete the following steps:
1. Go to the "Contact Us" page.
2. Select "Request Refund" from the topic drop down menu.
3. Enter your name, email, ticket number, and birthday.
4. Enter the reason you are requesting a refund in the message field.
5. Click "Submit".
Your refund request must be made within 10 days of the end of your session.
Once we have received your refund request, we will review it and notify you via email if your refund request has been granted.
Please note that we reserve the right to refund you in full or partially for the amount you were charged.
We also reserve the right to refuse a refund request.
